About the role
Palton Morgan Holdings is seeking a senior Development Director to lead the delivery of its new Abuja real‑estate project. Reporting to the Group Managing Director/CEO, the role will be based in the Abuja office and is a full‑time senior executive position.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery for the new Abuja development.
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the Group’s growth objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
Required profile
- 8‑10 years of experience in real‑estate development with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Relevant degree in real estate, business administration, construction management or a related field (preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership, negotiation and communication abilities.
