Dental Assistant – Lagos

About the role

The Dental Assistant will support the dental team at EHA Clinics in Lagos, ensuring smooth clinical operations and high‑quality patient care. This role involves assisting with procedures, managing patient records, and contributing to community health initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the dental therapist and dentist during patient consultations and procedures.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (x‑rays) and record patients’ medical and dental histories.
• Prepare patients and dental rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain equipment inventory.
• Provide post‑treatment oral care instructions and perform follow‑up calls.
• Fabricate temporary restorations and custom impressions.

Required profile

• Diploma in Dental Health Technician or Dental Surgery Technician.
• Current registration with the Dental Therapists Registration Board of Nigeria.
• Ability to work in a clinical environment and follow infection‑control protocols.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
• Dental radiography.
