Data & Information Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Data & Information Analyst to support our poultry farm operations in Delta, Marina. The role involves monitoring flock performance, managing feed and resource usage, tracking health and environmental metrics, and producing financial reports to aid decision‑making. You will gather raw figures from farm logs, automated sensors or management software, clean the data and present it through dashboards for daily operations. The position requires strong analytical abilities to turn operational data into actionable insights that improve productivity and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Track daily mortality rates, egg production, weight gain and growth cycles of the flock.
• Monitor feed consumption versus weight output, water usage and identify waste or inventory shortages.
• Analyze coop temperature, humidity and air quality to predict and prevent disease outbreaks.
• Generate profitability reports by evaluating operational costs, feed pricing, medication expenses and live‑bird market values.
• Collect raw data from farm logs, sensors or management software and clean errors or missing records.
• Build dashboards and visual charts that provide farm managers with clear, actionable insights.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in a related field.
