Customer Service Representative – NELEX

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to welcome guests, provide introductory information to new customers, and handle inquiries through phone calls and social media platforms. The role supports client satisfaction and assists with administrative duties as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Receive guests and provide introductory information to new customers.
• Answer incoming calls and redirect them appropriately.
• Follow up on queries and give feedback to clients.
• Collect client feedback for management.
• Attend to customers via phone calls and social media platforms.
• Handle customer service issues and escalate to the proper authority.
• Assist in performing admin duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year proven experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of customer service best practices.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Admin experience is an added advantage.
• Social media savvy.
