Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service and Order Fulfillment associate to be the first point of contact for our customers in‑store and online. You will ensure smooth order processing and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers in‑store, online, and across digital channels.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Provide accurate information on products, pricing, availability, sizing, and order status.
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and confirming purchase details.
• Process customer orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Track and monitor orders, coordinating with production, warehouse, and logistics.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain attractive product displays.
• Receive and inspect incoming client fabrics, coordinate shipments, and manage third‑party deliveries.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, orders, and service issues.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar customer service or order fulfillment role.
• At least a diploma qualification.
