About the role
AVN Global Ventures Limited is hiring a Customer Service Officer for its showroom in Marina, Lagos. The officer greets visitors, answers product questions and keeps showroom records, working closely with the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers visiting the showroom
- Provide accurate information about products and help customers with their enquiries
- Maintain a professional, organised and inviting showroom environment
- Process customer requests and keep accurate records using Microsoft Excel
- Follow up on customer enquiries and ensure a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with the sales team to support showroom operations
Required profile
- Previous experience working in a showroom environment
- Female candidate
- Well-groomed with a pleasant and professional appearance
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
