About the role
Party Supplies and More is Nigeria's premier party supplies store, offering high‑quality decorations, balloons, and party essentials with exceptional customer service. Our values centre on excellence, reliability, and innovation, ensuring every customer leaves happy and every event becomes unforgettable. We are looking for a proactive Customer Care Representative with at least one year of recent experience. The role is on‑site and requires the candidate to live in or around Ojodu.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Log interactions using the CRM system.
- Follow up on unresolved cases.
- Work with internal teams to improve service delivery.
- Take and fulfil customer orders.
Required profile
- OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of recent customer service experience.
- Lives in or near Ojodu (mandatory).
- Creative, detail‑oriented and a fast learner.
