Customer Service Officer – Full‑Time

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries across phone, email, and social media. You will work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience and promote repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multiple channels.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Handle complaints, resolve issues, or escalate when necessary.
• Process orders, requests, and follow‑ups accurately.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Support sales and operations with customer‑related activities.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training to learn products and service standards.
• Assist with assigned administrative tasks.
• Contribute ideas for improving service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or administration (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Office applications.
