About the role
The Credit Loan Officer will support our loan processing team by interacting with applicants, explaining loan products, and guiding clients through the necessary paperwork. This entry‑level position offers an opportunity to develop expertise in loan assessment and customer service within the banking sector.
Key responsibilities
- Interview loan applicants and clearly explain various loan types and terms.
- Calculate debt‑to‑income ratios and verify applicant information.
- Apply lending policies to approve or decline loan applications.
- Track loan repayments and follow up on overdue or delinquent accounts.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
- At least an NCE in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial data.
