Creative Producer

About the role

The Creative Producer will lead the end‑to‑end development and production of a digital show, turning concepts into engaging episodes that align with the channel’s brand and audience. Working closely with hosts, guests, and production teams, you will ensure each episode meets high creative and technical standards while staying on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling video ideas, episode concepts, storylines and content themes.
• Define and refine the show format, structure, flow and recurring segments.
• Write and oversee scripts, rundowns, talking points and episode plans.
• Coordinate hosts, guests, talent and production crew, managing logistics such as locations, equipment and set requirements.
• Collaborate with camera, lighting, sound and directing teams during filming.
• Oversee editing and post‑production, review rough cuts and provide creative feedback.
• Manage publishing assets including thumbnails, titles, descriptions and graphics.
• Monitor audience engagement and YouTube analytics to inform future content strategy.
• Identify production challenges early and work with teams to develop solutions.
• Maintain clear communication across creative and production teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Required profile

• Highly organized, creative and hands‑on producer with strong knowledge of digital content and YouTube production.
• Ability to move comfortably between creative development and production management.
• Effective communicator who can collaborate with diverse teams and maintain focus on quality, deadlines and audience engagement.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a keen eye for brand consistency and visual identity.
