Creative Media and Content Coordinator

About the role

The Creative Media and Content Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Lagos. This role involves planning, creating, and managing digital and print content across company websites, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content calendars while collaborating with internal teams to gather information and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Write, edit, and publish web content, manage the content management system, and coordinate media assets such as graphics and videos.
• Monitor engagement metrics and refine content strategies to improve audience interaction.
• Support marketing campaigns, maintain consistent communication across channels, and contribute creative ideas to boost brand visibility.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience with content management systems and organizing digital assets.
• Proven ability to create accurate, engaging, brand‑aligned copy for web and print.
• Experience planning content calendars and aligning content with business objectives.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Communications, Media, Marketing, English, or a related field is advantageous.
• Background in digital media, social media management, or marketing coordination in a business or consulting environment.
