Creative Marketing Lead

About the role

Odixcity Consulting is seeking a Creative Marketing Lead to shape and execute its brand narrative across digital channels. Based in Port Harcourt, you will guide a multidisciplinary team to produce compelling video, graphic, and social content that drives client acquisition and reinforces our market position.

Key responsibilities

• Design a monthly content calendar that reflects business goals, client wins, behind‑the‑scenes moments and industry trends.
• Lead, mentor and assign tasks to video editors, graphic designers and videographers, ensuring brand consistency.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, managing budgets, targeting and bidding to maximise ROI.
• Develop organic and paid strategies to attract high‑value audiences, creating lead magnets, landing pages and nurture sequences.
• Transform daily workflow insights into case studies, tutorials or viral social moments.
• Oversee shoot logistics, post‑production timelines and quality control.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and refine tactics based on data.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience coordinating marketing initiatives and managing creative teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing success and creative direction.
• Excellent written and spoken English for crafting narratives and leading the team.
• Current residence in Port Harcourt or willingness to relocate.
