Creative Assistant

About the role

A Creative Assistant is sought to lead the planning and execution of content across all digital channels, including online video platforms, social media and websites. The role calls for strong creative knowledge of the digital industry, to generate compelling content and drive growth on every platform. It reports to the creative director.

Key responsibilities

• Lead content strategy initiatives focused on digital channels such as YouTube, social media and websites
• Produce video, design and written content from ideation through research, narrative, scripting, planning, execution and delivery
• Work proactively on briefs and storyboards to develop video concepts
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute projects, understanding the on-site production team's needs and specifications
• Deliver videos on time while managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Monitor digital trends and share them with the team
• Review content performance and recommend changes to optimise growth
• Perform other creative duties as assigned

• Ability to move quickly between projects and disciplines, and to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills, appreciation of feedback and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, global environment
• Deep knowledge of platforms, the creative industry and trends
• Attention to detail, quick turnaround and versatility with style and technique
• Passion for growing within the company and industry

Stated salary: 400,000 - 600,000.
