Country Manager – Nigeria

About the role

Inveslo is seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead and expand its operations in Nigeria. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for driving business growth, increasing market presence, and delivering revenue targets across sales, marketing, client support, and customer success functions.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and lead a high‑performing cross‑functional team covering sales, marketing, client support, and customer success.
• Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy for Nigeria, ensuring KPI and revenue targets are met.
• Design and implement local market expansion plans to boost brand visibility and client acquisition.
• Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new market segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Represent Inveslo at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive position.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams in a commercial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Strong network and relationship‑building skills with brokers, clients, and partners.
• Excellent understanding of the Nigerian financial services and online trading market.
• Ability to represent the company at industry events and conferences.
