About the role
The Corporate Sales & Tour Packaging Executive drives B2B travel sales, builds and maintains corporate client relationships, and creates tailored tour packages that meet client budgets and company goals. This hybrid position blends strategic sales, account management, and creative itinerary design for both corporate and leisure travelers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients, ranging from SMEs to large enterprises.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Develop and present customized travel proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with client policies.
- Negotiate competitive fares and corporate rates with airlines, hotels, and consolidators.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and performance reports.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking sessions.
- Conceptualize, price, and package domestic and international tours.
- Coordinate logistics for group travel, including ticketing, accommodation, transfers, and excursions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate travel sales, tour operations, or hospitality marketing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Passion for travel, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven.
