Corporate Sales Associate

About the role

Yalo Technologies is looking for a results‑driven Corporate Sales Associate to own revenue generation and loan origination for its employer‑backed financing solution across corporate clients in Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, engage and convert qualified employees from partner companies, meeting monthly disbursement volume and value targets.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact to successful loan disbursement while ensuring compliance with Yalo’s credit standards.
• Identify and approach Grade A companies, present financing solutions to HR decision‑makers, and drive partnership onboarding.
• Maintain strong relationships with HR departments to sustain a steady deal flow.
• Provide market intelligence, suggest new verticals, and support sales campaigns within partner organisations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, submit weekly performance reports, and track conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure high‑quality borrower acquisition and minimise default risk.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of HND.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar B2B sales or loan‑origination role.
• Senior‑level professional with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
