Content and Social Media Specialist

About the role

This full‑time, hybrid position is based in Lagos and focuses on planning, creating, and managing written and visual content for web, social media, email and other digital channels, aligned with EvolvateHR’s brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and publish posts across web, social media, email and other digital channels.
• Monitor engagement, analyze performance data and optimize content accordingly.
• Respond to audience interactions and manage community engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate HR insights into compelling content.
• Maintain a content calendar and support campaigns promoting services and thought leadership.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication suited to a professional HR consulting environment.
• Experience in web content writing and ability to create audience‑specific digital content.
• Proficiency in content strategy and management, including planning calendars and aligning content with business goals.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook and basic analytics tools.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Background or interest in HR and a relevant bachelor’s degree preferred.
