About the role
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of building projects for Laiedon Innovations. The role involves managing timelines, budgets and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project completion.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects from planning through hand‑over.
- Develop, monitor and adjust project schedules, milestones and delivery dates.
- Track project costs, budgets, material requirements and overall expenditure.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, consultants and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with external parties.
- Conduct quality‑assurance checks to verify work meets specifications.
- Identify and mitigate risks such as delays, cost overruns or quality issues.
- Provide regular progress, cost and issue updates to senior management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
- Minimum three years of experience in construction or project management.
- Proven experience delivering building projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, costing and material management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities with minimal supervision.
