About the role
The Concierge will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and premium experience from arrival to departure. This role combines front‑of‑house hospitality with proactive problem‑solving to maintain high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and guest lists efficiently.
- Coordinate guest seating in collaboration with wait staff and supervisors.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Assist guests with special requests and ensure their needs are met.
- Work closely with waitresses and supervisors to deliver a premium experience.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: BSc degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar concierge or guest‑service role.
- Entry‑level suitability with a strong focus on customer service.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from NGN 70,000 to NGN 150,000 per month.
- Full‑time, on‑site position in Marina, Port Harcourt.
