Compliance Officer – EPC Projects

About the role

The Compliance Officer will support the implementation and monitoring of Oilserv Limited’s compliance framework across all EPC projects and corporate operations. The role ensures adherence to laws, regulations, contractual obligations, internal policies and ethical standards, fostering a culture of integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, industry regulations and statutory requirements; maintain a compliance obligations register.
• Coordinate statutory filings, licenses, permits and support external inspections and audits.
• Conduct routine compliance reviews and site audits across projects, procurement, finance, HR, logistics, HSE and operations.
• Prepare compliance reports, dashboards and risk updates for management.
• Support investigations into policy violations, fraud allegations and compliance breaches, documenting findings and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 3–6 years’ experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management or corporate governance, preferably within EPC, oil & gas or construction.
• Relevant certifications such as CCEP, CIA or CFE are desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of ISO 37301 Compliance Management Systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 37001 Anti‑Bribery Management Systems.
