Community Representative

About the role

mDoc is a digital health startup that uses behavioral science, data, technology and quality improvement methods to improve access to quality healthcare for people with chronic health needs in sub-Saharan Africa. It is looking for a Community Representative to drive foot traffic and enrollment at its NudgeHub locations and promote its healthcare services among underserved populations. The role suits someone who enjoys building direct relationships with communities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive foot traffic and enrollment at NudgeHub locations.
• Promote the company's comprehensive healthcare services to underserved populations.
• Develop and execute community outreach strategies to increase enrollment and engagement.

Required profile

• HND or degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare or a related field.
• Based in Epe, Bariga, Alaba, Ikorodu, Balogun Market or environs.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, community outreach or a related role, preferably in healthcare or digital health.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and enrollment targets.

Required skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence community stakeholders.
