Commission-Based Referral Partner (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Commission‑Based Referral Partner to promote NOBS Agent’s digital solutions to Nigerian business owners. This remote position does not require any technical work – you simply connect potential clients with our services and earn a commission on successful projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach business owners (restaurants, schools, hotels, churches, etc.) who could benefit from our websites, portals, e‑commerce stores and other digital platforms.
• Share a unique referral link with prospects and follow up as needed.
• Maintain a record of referrals and monitor project payments.
• Receive commission payouts automatically once the client’s payment is settled.

Required profile

• Existing network of decision‑makers in Nigerian businesses.
• Comfortable communicating via WhatsApp, phone or in‑person.
• Smartphone with reliable internet access.
• Nigerian bank account for commission transfers.
• Willingness to learn about NOBS Agent’s offerings (training provided).

Required skills

• Basic digital communication tools (WhatsApp, email, phone).

What we offer

• 10 % commission on each referred project, increasing to 20 % after the 10th paid client.
