Commercial Sales Representative

About the role

A real estate land banking and investment company is hiring full-time Commercial Sales Representatives to drive business growth. The role is based in Lagos with a hybrid arrangement of one day onsite per week. Candidates are expected to identify new opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships and turn prospects into paying customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads, and convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain client relationships, present products and services, and attend client meetings and business development activities.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, and keep accurate sales records.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets while monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
• Provide regular sales reports and support ongoing business development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, commercial sales or a related role.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer relationship management skills.
• Target-driven with strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
