About the role
PJEK Enterprise is a Lagos‑based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and contact centre that delivers professional customer service, sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, and outbound calling solutions to both local and international clients. In this full‑time position, you will make outbound calls and handle inbound calls to pre‑qualify leads for a Life Insurance campaign, contributing directly to the company’s sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls to prospective customers for the Life Insurance campaign.
- Take inbound calls and pre‑qualify leads, ensuring they meet campaign criteria.
- Support the campaign by generating qualified leads for the sales team.
Required profile
- Energetic and driven cold‑callers/call centre agents.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Previous sales experience.
