About the role

SnazzyHR is seeking a Co‑Founder to join its leadership team in Nigeria. This full‑time hybrid position will help shape the strategic vision of the HR‑tech platform and drive its growth across sales, marketing and product development.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s strategic roadmap, including product‑market fit and fundraising initiatives.
• Lead sales and marketing efforts, build brand presence and forge partnerships within the HR tech ecosystem.
• Analyse market trends, user feedback and performance metrics to guide product enhancements.
• Build and manage cross‑functional teams, establish operational processes and nurture a culture aligned with SnazzyHR’s mission.
• Represent the brand at industry events and engage with investors, customers and partners.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and business performance.
• Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and external representation.
• Proven B2B or SaaS sales experience with a track record of customer acquisition.
• Marketing expertise to design and execute go‑to‑market and growth campaigns.
• Research capability to assess customer needs, competitive landscape and emerging HR trends.
• Prior startup or entrepreneurial experience, preferably in HR tech or SaaS.
• Demonstrated leadership, team‑building and decision‑making in fast‑paced environments.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and effective remote collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or equivalent practical experience.
