About the role

GreyCareNG is building an innovative senior‑care model in Nigeria. As Co‑Founder and Chief Commercial Officer you will shape the commercial strategy, drive growth and ensure the brand reflects its compassionate, preventive mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to capture the elderly‑care market in Nigeria.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, community leaders and other stakeholders.
• Oversee customer acquisition, retention and pipeline management, using data‑driven insights.
• Refine service offerings based on market research and performance analytics.
• Lead the commercial team, set revenue targets and monitor sustainable impact.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to turn data and research into commercial decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Proven track record in sales, pipeline development and revenue growth.
• Marketing expertise in positioning, brand development and campaign planning, preferably in healthcare or service sectors.
• Experience working on‑site in Nigeria and familiarity with the local healthcare landscape.
