Club Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Club Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our club in Warri, Delta State. The role involves overseeing staff, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and driving sales targets in a vibrant nightlife environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily club operations and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Supervise, coordinate, and manage club staff and schedules.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally.
• Monitor sales, cash handling, daily revenue and prepare operational reports.
• Manage stock, inventory levels and maintain cleanliness and security standards.
• Work with management to achieve sales and operational targets while enforcing club policies and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in club, nightlife, lounge or bar management with at least 12 months of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, staff‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy nightlife environment.
• Organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Honest, responsible, disciplined and trustworthy.
• Willingness to reside in provided accommodation.
