About the role

The Clinical Operations Coordinator and Head of Lagos Clinic will lead daily clinical activities at our Marina location, ensuring high‑quality patient care and efficient clinic workflows. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior management and works closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee clinic workflows, patient scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Supervise clinical and support staff, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
• Monitor adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with medical and administrative teams on patient care plans and documentation.
• Address patient concerns and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Participate in clinical meetings, training activities, and leadership guidance.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Clinical expertise in medicine, patient care, or physiotherapy.
• Experience in clinical operations, clinic management, or healthcare administration, preferably in rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, and staff supervision abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Relevant healthcare degree (physiotherapy, medicine, nursing, or related field).
