Client Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Client Support Associate to assist our logistics operations in Lagos. The role involves handling client enquiries, coordinating with vendors and drivers, and ensuring smooth daily shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily logistics and operational activities.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, riders, drivers and other stakeholders.
• Respond professionally to client enquiries and requests.
• Assist with tracking and monitoring logistics activities.
• Maintain accurate records, documents and operational information.
• Use computers, smartphones and digital platforms to perform assigned tasks.
• Assist with scheduling, follow‑ups and coordination.
• Prepare basic reports and updates for management.
• Support customer relationship and service activities.
• Identify operational issues and escalate them appropriately.
• Assist with other business and administrative activities as required.
• Learn and use digital tools that improve productivity and service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones and digital applications.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and in a team.
• Reliable, responsible and professional attitude.
• Previous experience in logistics, customer service, administration, operations or sales is an advantage but not compulsory.
