Client Relations Officer

About the role

The Client Relations Officer will act as the primary point of contact for Swift Consulting’s customers, ensuring their inquiries, requests and concerns are handled promptly and professionally. This role focuses on building lasting relationships, improving satisfaction, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
• Respond to client inquiries, requests and complaints, providing accurate product and service information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and monitor progress until closure.
• Escalate technical or complex matters to the appropriate department.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback and resolutions.
• Gather client feedback and suggest improvements to service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to increase client engagement and retention.
• Prepare regular reports on client activity and service issues.

Required profile

• HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in client relations, customer service, account management or similar roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to handle difficult clients with patience and professionalism.
• Organised, proactive, client‑focused and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using digital communication tools (email, chat, ticketing systems).
