Client Partnerships Manager

About the role

Busy Bee HR Services is seeking a Client Partnerships Manager to lead B2B account management and drive new business across corporate, events and hospitality sectors in Lagos. The role focuses on building long‑term client relationships, expanding distribution channels and securing strategic partnerships with premium beverage brands.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary relationship manager for existing B2B clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention and identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Identify and secure new business with corporate organisations, professional event planners and high‑net‑worth individuals for premium mobile bar and beverage solutions.
• Develop and grow commercial distribution networks by targeting premium bars, lounges, boutique cafés, restaurants, hotels and recreational clubs.
• Position the company as a preferred drinks strategy partner, pitching partnership opportunities to local and international wine and spirits brands and securing activation rights at festivals, concerts and large public events.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales or corporate account management, preferably within food & beverage, hospitality, FMCG or events.
• Proven negotiation, closing and presentation skills with a strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to build long‑term relationships with senior executives, event organisers and high‑profile clients.
• Results‑driven, self‑motivated, highly organised and comfortable managing a sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
