Client Experience & Operations Specialist

About the role

The Client Experience & Operations Specialist will be the front‑line ambassador for Inspiresia Media, ensuring every client feels welcomed and well‑served. Working on‑site in Marina, Abuja, you will blend customer‑facing duties with operational support to keep daily activities running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients, manage appointments via phone, email and booking software, and promote services and membership packages.
• Maintain accurate client records, oversee the booking system, and prepare daily reports on revenue, appointments and attendance.
• Coordinate with service providers such as stylists, trainers and therapists to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle basic financial tasks including payment processing and invoice generation.
• Monitor inventory levels, liaise with vendors for replenishment, and keep the environment clean and organised.
• Assist the marketing team by capturing client testimonials, supporting social‑media content and helping organise events and campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in customer service and administrative roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Friendly, approachable and client‑focused with a positive team attitude.
• Residency in or around APO, Abuja and availability to work 2 pm – 8 pm, Monday‑Saturday.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with booking or scheduling software.
