About the role
The Cleaning Supervisor will lead and manage a team of cleaning staff, ensuring high‑quality service delivery for clients. This full‑time position is based in Lagos state and involves direct interaction with clients and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff
- Train cleaners on proper techniques and equipment use
- Inspect and evaluate the quality of cleaning services
- Order and maintain cleaning supplies inventory
- Manage client relationships and resolve complaints promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Required profile
- 3+ years experience as a cleaning supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of how to use cleaning equipment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Whatsapp‑enabled phone for quick coordination
