Civil Engineer – Railway Project Supervision

Are you a results‑driven Civil Engineer with a passion for infrastructure and transport systems? T.E.A.M Nigeria Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our supervision team on the Kano‑Maradi‑Dutse Railway Project, Kano State. This role offers the chance to contribute to a major national railway project, delivering sustainable transport solutions in Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site civil works, ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to design specifications.
• Review, interpret, and validate civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
• Identify and resolve technical or construction‑related issues promptly.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of site activities.
• Monitor construction progress and provide accurate daily and weekly site reports.
• Support quality assurance and health & safety enforcement on site.
• Assist in verifying contractor’s work and validating quantities for payment certification.
• Ensure that project timelines, standards, and budgets are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of site activities.
