Civil Engineer – Estate Infrastructure Projects

About the role

The Civil Engineer will lead site inspection, supervision and coordination of estate infrastructure projects for Crovation estates, ensuring quality, cost control and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections, supervise contractors and artisans, and verify work quantities against specifications.
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and monitor project budgets to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Coordinate and monitor contractor performance, ensuring compliance with scope, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Develop project work plans, track progress, and provide regular status reports to management.
• Produce comprehensive documentation including weekly site reports, progress reports, BOQs, material schedules and variation reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in site supervision and civil works, preferably in real‑estate or property development.
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and to prepare accurate BOQs and cost estimates.
• COREN registration or eligibility is an advantage.

Required skills

• AutoCAD proficiency.
• Use of project management and engineering software for scheduling, costing and reporting.
• Preparation and review of Bills of Quantities.
• Cost estimating and budget monitoring.
