About the role
The National Electronic Labour Exchange is hiring a bilingual Chinese Translator who will also act as a Personal Assistant. This full‑time position is based in Ikeja, Lagos and offers a monthly salary ranging from NGN 100,000 to NGN 150,000. The successful candidate will support the organization by providing accurate translation of documents and communications and by handling typical personal‑assistant duties for senior staff. Applications close on 30 June 2023.
Required profile
- B.Sc or M.Sc degree with 1‑3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in both English and Chinese.
- Study experience in China is an added advantage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to adapt to the company’s operating procedures and work independently.
- Strong multitasking and listening skills.
- Age between 20 and 30 years.
- Good organizational ethics, creativity and innovation.
- Preferably female with prior personal‑assistant experience.
