Chief Financial Officer

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic financial leadership and ensure the organisation’s financial performance aligns with business objectives. This senior role oversees all finance functions, drives financial planning, and supports long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and oversee overall financial performance.
• Establish and maintain robust accounting systems, reporting frameworks and internal controls.
• Develop financial models, budgets, forecasts and business plans to support decision‑making.
• Oversee subscriber financial fulfilment, including collections, settlements and reconciliations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, manage financial risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Manage cash flow, treasury operations, banking relationships and funding requirements.
• Provide financial insight for growth opportunities and commercial partnership evaluations.
• Lead, develop and mentor the finance team, setting performance standards.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) required.
• MBA, master’s in finance or related postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, Financial Controller or senior finance leader.
• Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial controls.
• Experience supporting strategic investments, business expansion and capital allocation decisions.
