Center Manager

About the role

The Center Manager will lead day‑to‑day operations of our training centre in Marina, ensuring smooth facility management, revenue growth, and high student satisfaction. Reporting to the Business Head and Head Office, you will act as the chief marketing and sales driver for the centre.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily centre operations, facilities, and resource allocation.
• Recruit, train, and supervise department heads and instructors.
• Set, monitor, and report on KPIs using MIS and other metrics.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue, enrollment, and quality targets.
• Lead marketing and sales initiatives to increase awareness and patronage.
• Ensure student satisfaction, retention, and academic quality in partnership with the Academic Head.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Guarantee compliance with company standards, policies, and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven people‑management experience in a structured organisation.
• Experience in an academic or training environment is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, and operational management abilities.
• Results‑oriented with the ability to balance service quality and profitability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Competence in common computer applications and office tools.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between NGN 250,000 and NGN 400,000 (negotiable).
• Commission of 1.5% of gross revenue when monthly target of NGN 5,000,000 is met.
