Casting Coordinator

About the role

Available Professionals is preparing to launch a studio show about relationships and connection. We are looking for a proactive person who can find, engage and recruit suitable guests to participate in the show.

Key responsibilities

• Find potential guests through social media, professional networks, communities, events and referrals.
• Reach out to potential guests, explain the show and encourage suitable people to apply.
• Conduct initial screening calls to confirm eligibility, interest and availability.
• Build trust by clearly explaining the filming process, participation expectations and arrangements.
• Coordinate bookings, follow up with guests and send reminders before filming.
• Maintain an organised tracker of outreach, applications, shortlisted guests, confirmed bookings and attendance.
• Collaborate with the social media manager on campaigns that attract suitable applicants.
• Develop a steady pipeline of guests for future episodes.

Required profile

• Based in Abuja with good knowledge of local professional communities.
• Confident communicating with new people by phone, online and in person.
• Organised, resourceful and consistent with follow‑ups.
• Able to work independently and deliver agreed recruitment targets.
• Experience in guest booking, casting, community management, event recruitment, sales or outreach is an advantage.
