Canvasser – Public Engagement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Canvasser to represent Softseer Ltd in Lagos. You will engage the public, promote our products and campaigns, and help drive sign‑ups and app downloads.

Key responsibilities

• Approach members of the public in assigned locations, introduce and explain company products, services or campaigns.
• Encourage participation by signing up, scanning QR codes, downloading apps or completing required actions.
• Distribute promotional materials such as flyers, brochures and branded items.
• Answer basic questions and refer complex inquiries to the appropriate team.
• Record daily engagement numbers and submit activity reports, meeting daily and weekly targets.
• Maintain a positive brand representation and report field challenges, feedback and observations to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of a BSc degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar canvassing or field marketing role.
