About the role
The Call Verification Officer will play a key part in our customer onboarding process by conducting outbound verification and pre‑qualification calls. You will ensure that customer information is accurate, compliant and ready for further processing while delivering a professional experience.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to verify customer details and supporting documentation.
- Perform pre‑qualification checks against defined criteria.
- Document call outcomes and customer responses accurately in the system.
- Escalate any discrepancies or red‑flag issues identified during calls.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout interactions.
- Assist the onboarding and verification teams as needed.
Required profile
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM tools.
- Previous experience in customer service, call‑center operations, or verification roles is an advantage.
