Cabin Crew Instructor

About the role

The Cabin Crew Instructor will design, deliver and maintain high‑quality training programmes for cabin crew members. Reporting to the Lead Instructor, you will ensure all course material complies with Nigerian Civil Aviation Regulations and industry best practice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and keep up‑to‑date Training Needs Analyses for all approved cabin crew courses.
• Approve and update training course material, notes, electronic presentations, lesson plans, study guides and examinations.
• Lead and mentor other training staff, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian CARs and maintain required standards for approved courses.
• Assist in planning, scheduling and quality control of training courses.
• Deliver classroom instruction and conduct proficiency drills and continuation training as required.
• Invigilate examinations and perform check‑marking when not directly involved in instruction.

Required profile

• B.Sc/HND in Science (minimum second class lower) and WAEC with at least 5 credits including Mathematics and English.
• Valid Cabin Crew License, NCAA Instructor’s Authorization and an instructor rating from an NCAA‑recognised institution.
• 23‑30 years old, completed NYSC, and a minimum of 5 years cabin crew experience, preferably as Lead Crew or Purser.
• Demonstrated teaching experience and ability to work to ATO and Training Procedures Manual standards.
