About the role
The Business Operations Manager will oversee staff and maintenance across client locations, ensuring high‑quality cleaning services and safety compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage cleaning operations, liaise with clients and ensure service quality.
- Oversee budget planning, equipment selection and supply distribution for project sites.
- Prepare reports, schedule meetings, and handle incident investigations.
- Interview, hire and train cleaning ambassadors, conduct site inspections and resolve client issues.
Required profile
- HND/BSc in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years experience in the cleaning industry.
- Field work availability and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience using ERP solutions.
