About the role
The Packing Line Supervisor will oversee bottling and margarine packaging operations at the plant, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily bottling and margarine packaging activities to ensure smooth production.
- Monitor and report production performance, ensuring daily targets are achieved.
- Enforce GMP, hygiene, safety, and FSMS compliance across the line.
- Coordinate maintenance to maximize equipment efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Lead, coach, and supervise operators and third‑party personnel.
Required profile
- Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, GMP, FSMS, and quality standards.
- Excellent planning, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced production environment.
