Business Operations & Growth Executive

About the role

HR Business Partner Solutions (HBPS) is hiring a Business Operations & Growth Executive in Lagos, Marina. The role combines business development and lead generation with hands-on coordination of business operations, within an emerging consumer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and convert sales opportunities across retail, corporate, online and hospitality markets.
• Build relationships with hotels, short-let operators, offices, interior designers, real estate businesses and other prospective clients.
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads, customers, corporate accounts and business partnerships.
• Support product development, pricing, market research and go-to-market initiatives.
• Coordinate business operations, including supplier relationships, inventory, order fulfilment and customer service.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue, costs and profitability, recommending improvements.
• Execute agreed growth initiatives and identify opportunities for cross-selling and business expansion.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, commercial operations or business growth.
• Demonstrable experience contributing to sales growth, customer acquisition, partnership development or business improvement.
• Experience in consumer products, FMCG, retail, beauty, fragrance, wellness, lifestyle or hospitality is an advantage.
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or a related discipline is desirable.
