Business Manager

About the role

Crovation Limited is seeking a Business Manager to drive real‑estate sales, lead generation and client relationship management on Lagos Island.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and generate high‑quality leads through referrals, digital marketing and partnerships.
• Convert leads into paying clients, manage the full sales cycle and negotiate property deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors, handling inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Organise site inspections, present property offerings and follow up to drive conversions.
• Coordinate property allocation with operations, ensure accurate matching and track allocation status.
• Oversee documentation, KYC, agreements and payment confirmations, monitoring transactions to completion.
• Maintain CRM data, produce weekly/monthly sales reports and forecast pipeline.
• Mentor junior marketers, monitor team performance and share market intelligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years proven experience in real‑estate sales or business development.
• Strong negotiation, closing and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets and manage reporting.
• Result‑driven, high integrity and customer‑focused attitude.

What we offer

• Monthly salary ranging from N250,000 to N400,000.
• Commission: 10% on outright payments and 7% on payment‑plan transactions you generate.
• Commission on company‑sourced leads: 3% on outright payments and 1.5% on payment‑plan transactions.
