Business Development & Partnerships Executive

About the role

The Business Development & Partnerships Executive will drive lead generation, corporate gifting sales, and partnership opportunities for Sprinkle and Sparkle Luxe. You will work closely with the Brand & Growth, Operations and Management teams to convert prospects into revenue across gifting, events, festive décor and experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Research and qualify leads for corporate gifting, events and sponsorships.
• Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn and approved channels.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline, track performance and report metrics.
• Prepare proposals, commercial documentation and coordinate meetings with prospects, sponsors and partners.
• Follow up on enquiries, proposals and meetings, ensuring accurate records of contacts and opportunities.
• Support revenue targets by collaborating with internal teams to move prospects through the sales funnel.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, client relations or related fields.
• Experience in luxury, events, hospitality, lifestyle, gifting, corporate services, media or B2B sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and organisational skills.
• Ability to meet targets, work with clear KPIs and represent a premium brand professionally.
• Based in Lagos and available for on‑site meetings or project activities.
