Business Development Officer, Tenderer, and Contract Supervisor – Oil & Gas

About the role

An oil and gas servicing company based in Port Harcourt is hiring for three full‑time positions: Business Development Officer, Tenderer, and Contract Supervisor. Each role supports the company’s growth, procurement and contract execution activities.

Key responsibilities

• Business Development Officer – drive client acquisition, market expansion and strategic partnerships within the oil & gas sector.
• Tenderer – prepare bid documents, perform cost estimation, manage tender submissions and support procurement processes.
• Contract Supervisor – monitor contract progress, ensure quality assurance, resolve issues, maintain records and oversee HSE compliance.

Required profile

• BSc/HND or Engineering degree (any field).
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in oil & gas marketing, tendering or contract supervision.
• Proven track record of delivering results in the respective function.

Required skills

• Marketing and client acquisition in oil & gas.
• Bid preparation and cost estimation.
• Procurement and tender management.
• Contract supervision, quality assurance and HSE oversight.
