Business Development Manager – FMCG

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven, and strategic Business Development Manager to drive business growth, expand our market presence, and strengthen relationships with clients and business partners within the FMCG sector. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies and plans.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, business plans, and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery.
• Monitor sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets and KPI objectives.
• Negotiate and close deals and strategic partnerships.
• Represent the company at meetings, conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
• Provide management with regular market insights and growth recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and results‑oriented.
