Business Development Manager – CNG

About the role

MBH POWER is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – CNG to lead the growth of its CNG business across multiple sectors. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building strategic customer relationships, and delivering commercial proposals to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business development and customer acquisition for CNG solutions across industrial, manufacturing, commercial, transportation, and power sectors.
• Identify and qualify opportunities, manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to contract execution.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide growth insights.
• Develop strategic partnerships and support CNG market expansion.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Finance, HSE, and other teams to deliver customer requirements.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue, customer acquisition, and business development KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Energy Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Commercial Management or Account Management.
• Experience in CNG, natural gas, oil & gas, power, energy or infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of generating and converting new business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and relationship‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems (advantageous).
